I have led product and design teams in various industries and settings, including technology companies, government agencies, startups and large corporations.
Product Experience:
I have spearheaded dozens of product initiatives and have worked extensively on both developing brand-new products as well as improving and innovating on existing products.
Theory:
I have a deep understanding of product, design and user research theory. I have also developed dozens of frameworks, tools and templates on the topic, helped numerous organisations set-up their ways of working and lectured on the topic at international universities.

One of my biggest passions is supporting the learning journeys of others. While teaching isn’t my profession, I bring my love for it into everything I do. Every once in a while, I also get a chance to do it properly.
