I have spent my career (15+ years) working at the intersection of product, design, business and innovation.

During this time I have helped numerous organisations develop their product and design processes and ways of working. From setting up product studios to launching innovation labs to simply helping teams improve their ways of working

Product Studios

Pebble

  • Pebble was a Sydney-based product and design studio. The studio worked with teams to either explore, test and build new products and services or research, improve and innovate on existing products. 

  • I founded Pebble, developed the studio's design, research and product framework and approach, crafted our service offerings and led key client projects.

Fusion Labs

  • Fusion Labs was one of Australia's leading design and innovation agencies before merging with Deloitte.

  • Working as Fusion Labs’ head of Strategic Design, I was responsible for leading Fusion Labs' product and design consulting arm.

    As part of this role, I led the development of the agency's product, design, and research approach. I was also responsible for mentoring and developing the agency's product leads and client teams as well as leading key client projects.
